This week we welcomed JHERRY JEAN BASTIEN as the first apprentice in The Barnyard Kitchen Apprenticeship Program.

Already an entrepreneur, chef, and creator behind Bosses Kitchen, Jherry is spending the next three weeks alongside Chef Dom, learning the pace, discipline, and systems of a professional restaurant kitchen.
