Now Hiring for Professional Barista position.

Youngblood Coffee Roasters is seeking a full-time Barista for our Downtown Fargo cafe.

Career bartenders and hospitality workers encouraged to apply. Coffee experience not necessary.

At Youngblood we strive to to create a family-like, team environment. Our main goal is to produce the highest quality coffee and beverages possible. Additionally, hospitality and customer experience are mainstays to our mission. We are owned and operated by specialty coffee veterans.

We look for team members that share these visions and have a strong desire to learn, leave ego at the door, be authentic, and make a rad impact of our daily guests and co-workers.

We expect interactions with our guests to be similar to a daytime cocktail bar, keeping the atmosphere fast paced, loud and energetic.

If you have experience/skills or desire to do things like roasting, social media, training, public classes, managing, etc… this is very possible and can be explored!

We are hiring 4-5 days a week, 35-40 hours
30 day trial period
