We’ve cooked alot of meat for strangers in a parking lot, who get the final say in
money and awards. Tonight, we were able to cook for strangers in a parking lot who just want pulled pork sandwiches for lunch. Scott Peterson, this seems easier? We’re hoping this company enjoys their pulled pork & smoked mac n cheese as much as we enjoyed making it! Pictures will be updated when the meat is out of the smoker.

Busy day today! I’ve got 6 pork butts, 3 briskets, and 15 racks of ribs on, and will put 40 pounds of mac-n-cheese on when these come out to rest

Lindsay Peterson & I snuck away to cook in the First Annual Pope County Fair Rib Cookoff! We had a blast, and were able to take home 2nd place.

I’m awful at taking notes, so if you’ve ever wanted to cook a BBQ contest with me, let me know!!! I have availability for a contest July 31st. We’ll leave Fargo on Thursday (30 July) and come home Saturday (1 August). We’ll cook 24-30 racks of ribs at the Pope Co Fair in Glenwood, MN. Let me know!

We were asked to make enough pulled pork for 450 sandwiches. Thanks to Dakota Supply Group for the referral! We made it happen, even in the high heat today!

It’s been a while since the beast was rolled out of the garage. There’s no better time than cooking 15 pork butts for the greatest coworkers in the world!

It’s been way too long since I’ve had the smoker out. After cleaning out the freezer, it’s full today! 12 pork butts, 3 racks of ribs, 9 beef ribs, and a small brisket flat are taking a smoke bath.
