Duck à l’Orange

In the 16th century, Catherine de Médicis of Italy wed Henry II, bringing Duck à l’Orange with her to France. It took another 400 years for Julia Child to popularize it with her book, Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
Roasted duck breast and leg, finished with sauce bigarade, an orange and duck stock sauce that has both sweet and a touch of sour. $46

Call it an early bird if you want, we call it our First Seating. Make a reservation between 5:00 and 5:15 (orders in kitchen by 5:30) and take $10 off the price of any one appetizer OR dessert of your choice with the purchase of any of our entrées.
