I am not a good kitchen manager, it is sadly just one of many things I am not good at. However, I had a really great one, but he is leaving. He found something else he is more passionate about doing. So good for him, I wish him the best. However, that means I am looking for someone to fill that role. Maybe that's you, if so please apply soon, as I am hoping to fill the spot now.

Hey, so we're looking for a dishwasher. It's a great job for a high school kid (must be at least 16), shifts are only a few hours long and all evenings and weekends. And with our kitchen closing at 8:00, you're usually done at a pretty reasonable school night time (around 9:00). Plus we pay you. I almost forgot about that. Apply on Indeed or in person please. Hot honey chicken sandwiches today. Also, beer, sweet beer. I would say it goes well with hot honey, but it's beer, it goes great with everything. We open soon, so start getting dressed.

This week marks the last week of summer break for a lot of kids. And for a lot of parents that means you have a bit of free time on your hands. So I'm sure you have some ambitious designs like cleaning out the garage, or starting a birdhouse business, or perfecting your yodeling. But once you accept the fact that you're not going to do any of those, it's time to come see me. I'll be waiting.

I heard today is National Left handers Day. So I brought in a bunch of left handed beer today for the occasion. What is a left handed beer you might ask? They will only drink properly when using your left hand. Sound made up? Only one way to find out, see you soon.

My daughter recently turned 11, and while I thought about telling you how amazing she is and what a great 11 years we've had together, I couldn't figure out how to tie that in to getting you to come to the BDT. Oh wait, maybe I just did. Anyway, we'll probably be here for dinner (it is her 4th favorite place to go after all), so don't forget to wish her happy birthday!
