💦 This Tuesday, we're excited to welcome Pure Project Brewing to Dominion for the very first time, with one hell of a spread of cans. Originally conceptualized in Costa Rica, then later relocating to San Diego, Pure Project brews with the motto "beer as a force for good," operating 100% carbon-neutral, sourcing locally, and brewing a variety of styles at a top-tier level. 100% should put on your radar.

-‘Pure West’ West Coast IPA (6.3% ABV) “our core unfiltered West Coast IPA—a celebration of hand-selected hops and the farmers who grew them. Featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Strata, and Simcoe, this golden-colored creation glows with scents of pineapple, apricot, and lemon sorbet."

-‘Rewild’ West Coast Pale Ale (5.0% ABV) “Our core West Coast pale ale, resinous snap of Centennial and Citra hops, layered with notes of ruby red grapefruit over a dry, piney finish. Each pint is a bright, crisp reminder of why we protect and give back to the places we love.”

-‘Diamond Dust’ Murky IPA (6.7% ABV) “The original murky creation that has evolved into our "dust" series of IPAs and a longtime Pure fan-favorite, has returned! This juicy wonder shines with a heavy dose of Cashmere from Michigan and hand-selected Mosaic hops from the Pacific Northwest."

-‘Beyond The Shore’ West Coast IPA (7.1% ABV) “We’ve teamed up with our long-time friends at MadeWest Brewing Company to bring you Beyond the Shore, a crisp 7.1% ABV West Coast IPA. Brewed with Simcoe hops from BC Hop Ranch, plus Krush hops and Simcoe Cryo from Perrault Farms, this crisp brew leads with bold aromas of resin, red currant, and grapefruit rind."

-‘Super Beta’ Murky IPA (6.5% ABV) “One of our original murky IPAs. For this longtime fan-favorite, we blend a trio of New Zealand-grown hops—Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Southern Cross—with a hefty addition of Washington-grown Mosaic Cryo."
