Aged 30-41 months in the following barrels: Willett Rye, K**b Creek and Weller bourbon. This blend has notes of red fruit, dark chocolate, and toasty figs. Perfect for any afternoon patio hang.”
-‘Colourant (2026)’ Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (12.9% ABV) Collaboration with our good friends at Phase Three Brewing, is a massive imperial stout brewed with a heavy hand of wheat. We doubled down and aged it in Buffalo Trace and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels for 17 months before introducing the b**r to coconut, cinnamon, and equal parts of vanilla beans. The result is deliciously decadent-reminiscent of cream soda and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.”
-‘Cyrus (2025)’ Barrel-Aged Rye W**e (12.3% ABV) “Cyrus is a wildly lavish Ryewine that was aged in Willett Rye barrels for 27 months resulting in rich notes of amaretto, port, and caramel. -‘O’Doyle Rules (2026) Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (13.2% ABV) “A collaboration with 18th Street Brewery & Distillery out of Indiana. A barrel-aged imperial stout with bananas, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Aged 34-36 months in Bardstown Bourbon, Rittenhouse Rye and Weller Bourbon barrels.”
