Yes this is airport food LOL. But I thought these eggs were cute that day. It's from SweetWater Mountain Taphouse in the Denver Airport. Priority pass used to give a voucher for this place, but now it's gone in 2023 ): - I ate here a ton in 2022 and always super early in the morning because ✈️

Some other great tacos from wild tacoz. It’s a Greek Mexican fusion restaurant and lets you create your own tacos (along with pre made ones). They have a variety of homemade sauces and a ton of vegetarian options. I can’t remember the exact price because I created my own.

This was hands down the best quesadilla I had all year! It’s from a small family owned and run fusion restaurant. They even make their own beet juice!
This is their Salsadilla where they cook the salsa into the quesadilla. Definitely don’t miss out!

Another great one from weekend brunch. Mushroom Frittata made with local organic eggs, wild mushrooms, fontina. I’m not a huge egg fan but I thought it was pretty good. I liked the vinaigrette on the arugula. I do wish the side salad had a bit more substance

Switched it up a bit and visited La Pecora Bianca during their weekend brunch! This is the Toscano which consists of tuscan kale, baby carrots, ricotta, parmesan breadcrumbs, lemon vinaigrette. I added salmon for some extra protein. I thought it was really good and refreshing. It definitely fueled me to shop the rest of the day!

𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐄 𝐄𝐖!!!
Everyone is always talking about Pad Thai, but you gotta get hip to Pad See Ew! The noodles are a soft and bouncy (? idk if that's the right word) and I'm not sure if I can make it at home. This dish is definitely my go to at any Thai restaurant and is used to determine if I want to go back.

𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐊𝐎𝐓𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐘𝐔 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍!! 🍜
Tried this new ramen place in Tyson’s Corner area. It’s actually in an area called the Boro that I wasn’t familiar with before. It seems like an up-and-coming place with shopping centers, apartments, and restaurants. This ramen was good, however I don’t like paying extra for an egg. Maybe I’m spoiled, but I feel like an egg should be included in a bowl of ramen. What do you think? 😭

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍!!! 💥
This recipe was fun to make and had a nice spicy kick! Whenever my dad makes rice he puts ¼ cup extra in the rice cooker. According to him it makes it more like “sticky rice”. Does anyone else do this? 😂
