Fun fact: we’re huge ice cream people. We had the best time at the Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival, and tried way too many samples. Now it’s time to get back to the kitchen! 💛

POV: it’s Avo Fest time and the kitchen is in full prep mode 🥑🔥
Roasting salsa, forming 50lbs of burgers, blending avocado ranch, whipping chocolate mousse, cold avo cucumber soup, avocado lime cheesecake… and somehow decorating too 😅

All scratch made. No shortcuts. Just getting ready for the busiest day of the year.

Come hungry. We’ll be ready.
