Small business owner. Full-time “I’ll figure it out.” 😂

Nobody told us owning a restaurant came with this many side quests.

Our villain collection is growing! 😈🎃

Huge thank-you to Fallbrook Scarecrow Days for this fun hometown tradition and for building us a new Disney villain each year! We can’t wait to see which villain takes over the Bunker next. 🖤

Who should join them next year? Captain Hook? The Evil Queen? Hades? Drop your vote in the comments! 👇

This is a pretty monumental week at The Coal Bunker!

For the first time, Jeff & Taylor are taking a few days off while the restaurant stays OPEN! 🎉

Our amazing staff is stepping up to keep The Bunker running while we’re away, and we couldn’t be more proud—or more thankful for the team we have.

We will have adjusted hours this week:
Tuesday 9/22 4-8pm
Wednesday 9/23 4-8pm
Thursday 9/24 4-8pm

Regular hours will resume Friday ( 9/25) 11am - 9pm

Come by, grab some food, have a b**r, and show our crew some love! They’ve got this. ❤️

Happy birthday to the man who keeps The Coal Bunker moving— Chefrey! 🎉

Whether he’s cooking, prepping, fixing something, helping the staff, or giving back to Fallbrook, he puts his whole heart into everything he does. Always willing to do whatever it takes for the restaurant, our staff, and the Fallbrook community.
We’re so lucky to have you!

Help us show Jeff some birthday love! 🎂🍻

There’s something really special about knowing every plate we make is a choice. 🍽️

Out of all the places you could eat, you chose us.

You chose our cooking. Our little restaurant. Our team. The food we put so much time and love into.

And we’ll never stop being grateful for that.

Thank you for choosing The Coal Bunker. 💛

We were going to record content today…

But then you all showed up.

And we’d choose serving you over filming every single time. 💛

A vacation for us is really just an excuse to eat our way through the city. And we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Here’s (mostly) everything we managed to fit in over the weekend

When the love of real ingredients beats the love of processed food, everyone tastes the difference.
