Dating back to what was once a library, variety store and pharmacy now holds 20 years of history as Europa Pastries & Coffee Shop. Established in 1998 as the first European-style coffee shop in Fall River, Massachusetts. Operating under new ownership since 2018, Europa Pastries & Coffee Shop was built on the tradition of a friendly and comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy the finest artisanal coffee and delectable European pastries, sandwiches, savories, soups and so much more. Europa is growing our Front of House team, and we’re looking for a few exceptional people to join us.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants a job.

We’re looking for someone who:

✦ genuinely enjoys taking care of people
✦ notices the little details
✦ is warm, friendly & confident with customers
✦ can move quickly without becoming careless
✦ takes pride in keeping things clean and beautiful
✦ follows recipes and procedures consistently
✦ is dependable, punctual and ready to work
✦ enjoys learning and receiving feedback

Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability and hospitality matter more.

This is a hands-on café position that includes customer service, preparing drinks and food, maintaining the café, and helping create the experience our guests expect when they walk through our doors.

Part-time • 5-hour shifts

What an unforgettable moment for our family and for Europa. 🇵🇹❤️

During today’s procession, we had the incredible honor of welcoming the President of Acores, Portugal, José Manuel Bolieiro at Europa as he made his way through the community.

To have him step inside our café, surrounded by the Portuguese traditions and culture that have shaped so much of what Europa represents, was incredibly special. Even more meaningful was being able to share this moment with my mother, who is pictured here with us.

Europa has always been about more than coffee and pastries. It is about family, heritage, community, and keeping it going for the generations that come after us.

Today will absolutely be one of those days we remember forever.
