I’m not open on Mondays or Tuesdays so that I can roast-taking coffee beans from the first pic to the second pic!

Five years ago, if you would have asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my coffee, I would have been offended.

2026 me is making cold foam (same ingredients as homemade whipped cream), and calling it chantilly so I sound French.

And while I’m at it, indulging my inner child by throwing sprinkles on it.
