When I started selling my coffee beans at the farmers market, it wasn’t uncommon for me to hear that my beans weren’t dark enough.

My favorite remark, though, was that my coffee beans wouldn’t make good espresso.

To prove the naysayers wrong may have been a big motivator to start the trailer 🤷‍♀️
