The iconic Caesar salad was actually created in Tijuana by Italian chef Caesar Cardini and now we’re bringing it full circle, the Neon Cactus way.

Our Chicken Caesar Taco features grilled chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan all wrapped in a warm house-made corn tortilla and finished with crispy tortilla strips for that perfect crunch.
