We decided it was too much to open just 2 nights at the foodhall so will be closing for now until we get a truck:l or trailer, we will be posting updates. In the interim we are hoping to fund a few markets to pop up in and still be making pizza, we also will have some catering/pizza party options as well. Stay tuned!

If you have dined in with us chances are you have met my amazing wife and the mother of Emmy J, Brittany. She somehow is able to balance being the best mom I could ask for to our daughter, being a full time counselor, very present daughter and sister to her parents and siblings, the sweetest and most wonderful wife, and on top of that help our customers every night we were opening the food hall. I’m extremely thankful for her and the example she’s setting for Emmy. We hope all the moms have a great Mother’s Day!!! We hope we see you next weekend, stayed tuned for next weeks menu!

Menu for this weekend at Revolving Kitchen. We made a few changes, we are only offering 14” round pizzas in our standard crust, and no longer doing the 10” and 16” different sizes. The 14” feeds 2 people or one really hungry person. We will have focaccia bites as well. Hope to see you this weekend!

We are finishing moving out of Nik’s dad’s apartment. Have a great Sunday and we will be open Wednesday at 4pm.

We will be open again tomorrow for service, after being out sick I cane in today to my main prep station’s breaker popped and most of our prepped toppings, cheese and dough needing to be thrown out. We will also be making some major changes in the near future and be moving to doing more pop ups and farmers markets and only opening here in Fairview on Friday and Saturday nights. Stayed tuned for updates, we will have dough she toppings ready for dinner tomorrow.
