What an absolute blast last night at Cleveland Magazine’s Best of Cleveland party!
We served up 500 burgers in UNDER TWO HOURS! Slapping patties, melting cheese, and feeding the best city in the world at lightning speed.
We were setup right next door to our good friends at Cleveland Ketchup Company—making it the ultimate setup where you could grab our award-winning burger and step right over to top it off with any of their award-winning condiments!
Huge shoutout to our incredible crew who crushed it all night long—this award belongs entirely to our amazing staff who make the magic happen every day. And to EVERYONE who voted for us: Thank you. Your support makes us want to be a better tavern every single day.

You put together an absolute powerhouse lineup with your order. The Grace Family Meatloaf is a classic recipe that we hold near and dear to our hearts. The Reuben Roll is such a staple for us that it actually made the starting lineup over at Progressive Field for the Guardians games. And we love that you went with the Joe Thomas Gold Jacket Burger. We are all massive, lifelong Browns fans, so partnering with number 73 to serve his incredible Wagyu beef is something we are incredibly proud of.

Today is Game One of the ALCS and it is time to get pumped up and ride this wave straight to the World Series. The boys are in Tampa for Games 1 and 2, so head over to our historic home base in Fairview Park to watch the game and fuel up for the playoff push.

What a phenomenal year it has been to be associated with this team and to proudly serve the Gunselmans Guardian Burger at Progressive Field. When the series comes back home, we will see you at the Hot Corner, but for now, let's bring the energy from the tavern. Established in 1936 and proud to stand with Cleveland. Let's win this.

GAME 5 IN THE LAND!

We are absolutely pumped that the Guards have battled back to force a winner-take-all Game 5 right here in Cleveland on Saturday night!

We couldn't be more proud to have the Gunselman’s Guardian Burger and our signature corned beef roll featured all over Progressive Field. It is a scientifically proven fact that eating Guardian Burgers brings the boys good luck. Do your part for the city and fuel up before the first pitch!

You can score your game day meal at the Burger Stand in Section 175 plus five more stands around the ballpark or head up to the new 360-degree indoor/outdoor Terrace Hall on Level 4.

Here is the championship lineup stacked on the stadium Guardian Burger:

Meet October's Burger of the Month: The Dubliner.

We are incredibly proud to announce that Gunselman's Tavern is the first restaurant in Cleveland to partner with 2 Pint Provisions https://www.2pintprovisions.com. To celebrate, we are bringing you a burger you won't find anywhere else.

The Dubliner features a Guinness-marinated Wagyu beef patty sourced directly from 2 Pint Provisions, served on a toasted potato bun. We top it with melted Irish American cheddar cheese, Irish Kevin's savory onion jam, and our Guinness BBQ sauce. (Pro tip: if you want to double down on the flavor, you can also order the Guinness BBQ as a wing sauce all month long).

On the side, Irish Kevin has rolled up three deep-fried colcannon balls. These crispy, savory Irish mashed potato bites are served with our Celtic Goddess dipping sauce, which is a delicious homage to the classic Green Goddess dressing of the 1970s.

It’s the perfect tribute to our hometown of Fairview Park, which proudly holds the highest density of Irish Americans in the state of Ohio.
