Hi Everyone,

We are doing a sampling at Skip’s Meat Market in the Fairport Village Landing tomorrow, 6/20 10:00-2:00 and will be giving out samples of our pulled pork made with our Lip Smacking dry rub and topped with our Lip Smacking, Bourbon Barrel and Slow Burn Spicy, barbecue sauces.

Stop by, say hi and try some samples!

After sleeping at the venue near our equipment dealing with a torrential downpour, soaked equipment, high wind, a destroyed canopy tent and another damaged canopy tent that we were sleeping in, the sun appeared and we had a great day at Fairport Canal Days, selling out of everything!

We have 28 pork shoulders in the smoker and are hunkered down for another night of tending to the fire.

Come see us tomorrow 10:00-5:00 for some BBQ!

Hi Friends,

We will be doing concessions at Fairport Canal Days again tomorrow 6/6 10:00-6:00 and Sunday 6/7 10:00-5:00 in the Village Landing parking lot serving up pulled pork, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, salt potatoes, cajun corn, cookies and beverages. Stop by, say hi and have some BBQ at this great festival!
