A little sneak peek of the menu:
To start: enjoy a German bread and cheese board perfectly paired with a craft beer selection. Boards will include homemade sourdough rye and cottage rye from , butter, cambozola cheese, locally harvested and made apple jelly, and German style pickles and more!
Main event: German style bratwurst and Nuremberg breakfast sausage nestled into homemade mashed and caramelized onions, paired with Märzen, of course.

Round out the experience with a sweet surprise!

This Friday, come celebrate 🇨🇱Chilean Independence Day with us (a couple days early) with choripan, beer, and alfajores!

If you haven’t tried it yet, Choripán is simply a brat drenched in homemade chimichurri sauce on a baguette! We love it with American Wheat or Copper Pilsner 😋 but you can’t go wrong!

Choripan comes with a side of potato chips and - this Friday only - we are also throwing in an alfajor (a delicious Dulce de leche cookie sandwich rolled in shredded coconut) for dessert!
