Shark jerky! Made with fresh local shake meat. I was hesitant at first but it tastes great, better than beef jerky, more tender and packed with protein!

Made 100% with locally caught shark meat. We’re gonna be the first to put it on the shelves. It tastes great, much like beef jerky and is loaded with Protein!

As a commercial fisherman myself, sharks have been a huge problem the last 8-10 years. Glad to see some local guys coming up with a delicious product for the shelves.
