zest - smoothies juices eats & treats zest - smoothies juices eats & treats Luciana Contuzzi, a foodie with a passion for health, fitness and cooking, launched zest in September 2014.
(1)

Luciana is a business graduate who had the desire to become an entrepreneur from a young age. Having educated herself on the benefits of healthy eating, she came to realize all the holistic powers food has in generating energy and preventing disease. Combining her passions and newfound knowledge, Luciana knew she had to share this "zest" with those around her. Luciana's zest for making mass amounts of food stems from her Italian roots - producing large amounts of jarred tomato sauce each August and gallons of wine each September. When she's not cooking with the family, Luciana is devoting her kitchen time in preparing densely nutritious snacks, meals and treats. She believes any occasion can be an excuse to host a party with plenty of food and laughs.

COUNTDOWN TO 10 YEARS 💚 EPISODE 7

This episode features two sisters, Kaitlyn & Kelly (Kaitlyn first because she wants it known she worked first 😂), and the one and only NATE DOGG! These three are the true definition of zest family forever. Always visiting still and always in touch. They never failed to give their A+ effort and found zest to be their happy place! They always brought the most positive vibes (even through the sister feuds 😂).

Join us each month as we sit down with the employees who helped shape zest into what it is today… sharing their stories, memories and the moments that mattered most. 🌟
