The Walton Club Hours of Operation:
Mon - Tues: 2 p.m. to CLOSE
Wed - Fri: 10:00 a.m. to CLOSE
Sat - Sun: 9 a.m. to CLOSE We welcome you to become a member.

Founded in 1929, the Walton Club is a 9-hole course located in Fairfield, Iowa. Situated on 120 acres, the club provides visitors with a beautiful view of Walton Lake, and a course surrounded by trees and rolling hills of cornfields. Overlooking the lake, the clubhouse offers patio and indoor seating to enjoy food and drinks, along with an event hall available to rent for parties and celebrations.

Renovation Update

The renovations are almost complete, but we’re experiencing a slight delay with a few remaining items. Because of this, the kitchen will not be open until Friday, September 4th.

In the meantime, the clubhouse will be open for your golfing and drinking needs!

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finish up the final details!

🚧 Clubhouse Improvements Coming Soon!

Beginning August 17, we’ll be installing a new ceiling and lighting throughout the clubhouse and renovating the women’s restroom. The clubhouse will be closed during construction (August 17–30). Golf course will remain open for members.

💪🏼📦Want to lend a hand? Join us Sunday, August 16, after 9:00 a.m. to help prep the clubhouse. No special equipment or experience is needed—any help is appreciated!

These improvements are made possible by the incredible support of our members and fundraising efforts. Reach out to a board member with any questions—we can’t wait to show you the finished results!
