I can't believe it's here. Cookie-A-Thon starts tomorrow. Take a peak and see if there's something you want to learn from so many incredible instructors. My live session takes place on Saturday morning This year I have also taped three bonus videos.

This virtual event is held from Wednesday, March 5th through Saturday, March 8th with 45 instructors joining the event.

My focus is on the taste of your cookies. Learn to make cookie dough in many flavors using the same recipe which is shared if you purchase a pass. This beautiful young lady brightened the Pink Cupcake Shack every time she entered the door. She always made me laugh. She reminded me of someone the first time I met her.

Over the years I was able to make her bridal shower cupcakes, her and Tyler’s wedding cake and cupcake tower, her baby reveal for Thomas as well as so many visits just for a cupcake for Tyler.

She was an amazing young lady, wife, daughter, sister and momma. She made a difference in many lives that she touched.

My thoughts are with Dannii’s family.

Today I lost my idol, my mentor, my partner in crime. The one who has been by my side my entire life, good and bad. I had the honor of being his daughter and am forever grateful.

He taught me to read, to count, to bake, to be kind, to love, to be a good parent and an even better grandparent He was an amazing dad and poppy to his three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He loved unconditionally and lived an amazing life.

He was the best father in law my husband could have asked for and was so proud of everything we did. He helped build our home, he taught me the importance of volunteering, he helped me start the Pink Cupcake Shack and was there everyday with me making sure quality control of the cupcakes was always superior and critiqued all of the cakes that went out giving everyone that worked there a smile and thumbs up!

Rest now Poppy, we love you so much and know you are dancing with those who we lost and you missed so much. We will continue to make you proud XOXO
