Addis Ethiopian Cuisine Addis Ethiopian Cuisine is Fairfield's finest Ethiopian food located in the civic center. We serve Injera with different sauces and vegetables.

All of our meals include Injera (a spongy bread made out of wheat and teff, which is the most nutritious grain in the world.)
