I’m curious… what’s in your coffee arsenal right now? What are some of your favorites?

I’ll always love espresso, but lately I’ve been having a lot of fun dialing in pour-overs. These are the bags currently sitting on my countertop—the ones I’m slowly working my way through.

Each of these roasters are unique. Every one brings something incredible to the table—from origin and flavor profile to roasting process. It all matters, and it’s all special.

It’s so important that we support one another. Buy each other’s coffee. Tell each other’s stories. And bring each other up.
