We’re starting to see the vision come to life! 👀☕

The windows are in, the house wrap is up, and for the first time, it’s getting easier to picture what Holland Coffee will become.

It’s amazing how a few windows can change everything. They don’t just let the light in—they let us see what’s ahead. We can already imagine friends catching up over coffee, neighbors meeting for the first time, and families making memories together.

Thank you for following along as we build something we hope will be a blessing to our community. Every week brings us one step closer, and we’re excited to keep sharing the journey with you.

What started as a bare lot is quickly turning into something special.

With the roof trusses set, the structure of Holland Coffee is officially capped off. What began as an empty canvas is now a full frame—and it’s exciting to see it all come together.

Next up, we start turning this structure into something even more. We’re getting closer every day.

We understand that some members of our community have had concerns about traffic, and we want you to know that we’ve taken those concerns seriously from the very beginning.

Throughout the planning process, we’ve worked closely with the City to design a safe and thoughtful site. After reviewing the project, the City approved the layout and expressed confidence that we will manage customer traffic responsibly. Like the City, we’ll continue to monitor things and work together if any concerns ever arise.

Our vision for Holland Coffee has never been simply to build another business. We want to create a place that serves great coffee, supports our community, and is a positive addition to Fairfield. We want to be good neighbors, and we genuinely hope Holland Coffee will be a blessing to the community for many years to come.

We look forward to serving Fairfield with excellence.

From a strong foundation… now the walls start to go up.

Holland Coffee is officially taking shape, and it’s exciting to see the vision starting to become reality. Every step gets us closer to opening our doors.

We’re building this place with intention—just like we plan to serve every cup. Stay tuned, there’s a lot more to come.

Here’s a look at the start of Holland Coffee—where it all begins. From the groundwork and plumbing to the finished floor, we’re building something solid from the ground up.
