Here we are, our final week in business.

As you could imagine, we’ve gotten a lot of questions. The top reoccurring questions we will answer here. :

1. No, we are not leaving Fairfield. At least we don’t plan to anytime soon!
2. No, we are not doing another food establishment - sorry!
3. The business is not for sale but the building is.
4. And the biggest question of all has been, why. It’s not a quick answer but the overwhelming reason is so that we can reduce the stress in our lives and enjoy the years we have left while our kids are still young!! We just need to simplify❤️

Closing Due South is such a mixed bag and hard choice for us. We love the hustle and bustle of a busy dinner service and the joy in the dining room that is so often palpable, we’ve thrived on that. But behind the scenes there’s a whole lot that goes in that is so hard. We will miss the good, we will miss being a part of your special occasions and your much needed decompression at the end of the day.

Come see us this week for one last 🎉 hurrah

Thursday - Saturday 11am-2pm and 5pm -9pm

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Due South.

It has been a great honor to serve this community these last 4 years collectively.

At this time, we are pursuing other interests that will allow us to better prioritize our family.

We extend deep gratitude to all of our loyal customers, our hardworking staff and the community of Fairfield which has supported us over the years.

We will miss serving you and we will cherish all the memories made.

Our last day of operation will be Saturday December 21, 2024. We sincerely hope to see you before we close our doors for good!

Greetings and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Here’s a reminder of our hours next week.

We’re serving lunch today until 2pm and dinner starts at 5pm.

It’s that time of year, our reservation books are filling up. Our new Salmon Entree was a hit last night. Come dine with us this weekend!

At this time we accept reservations over the phone and via email. In December we will be rolling out online reservations!!
Stay tuned for more details on that and some other exciting upgrades!
