Dear friends:
Some of you might have already heard that Imperial Buffet will be under new ownership next week. Sunday 7/27/2025 will be the last day we work there. It’s earlier than we expected, and planned, but the new owner will be operating the same way. A notable difference is that they’ll be expanding the business hours. (Call the restaurant next week to find out the new hours that will be starting by then)
This was a very tough decision to make, but our partners are getting older, and they are planning to retire soon. Without them, we are unable to continue running the business, so it’s time for us to close this chapter, and focus more on our family until we figure out what we are going to do next.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all of our loyal customers and the community of Fairfield, which has supported us over the past 7 years. Thank you so much for being part of our journey. It’s been a great honor to serve this wonderful community! We will miss serving you, and cherish all the memories made while doing so.❤️❤️
To those who’ve purchased or received gift certificates from us: You can still use them in the restaurant, and they will gladly accept them.
