The sign says we close at 10, but it will be much earier than that, so come early and stay until we kick you out!😊
And if you’re brave enough to hang outside today and all week long, we have a hydration station set up with ice water, and all our shade tents are set up and ready.😎
For those of you who don’t like 90+ degree heat, come inside (and park your bike on the bike wall), and relax in the coolness.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We are open today at 11:30 am, and we close…….well, whenever we slow down enough to get our hard working staff out of there!🥵

It’s going to be HOT this week/weekend!🥵
80’s & 90’s.

You know where it’s not as hot?
Stinson Beach.
Plus it’s a beautiful place to bike 🚲 (cars are fine too) to from Fairfax.👍

You know what’s on the way to Stinson Beach (in beautiful Fairfax) from almost everywhere?🤷‍♂️
That’s right, Gestalt Haus baby!😊

You know what we have more of at Gestalt Haus than pretty much anyone else?🤔
Answer: Ice cold ❄️ craft, tap b**r……and cider……and seltzer!🍻

And guess what goes great with, well pretty much anything, but especially with b**r?🍺
That’s right…..SAUSAGES!🌭
Brats, hot links, vegan options…..we’ve got em all, cooked up fresh and with all the fixins!🤤

So let’s recap:
Hot week coming up.
We are on the way to/from Stinson Beach (and everywhere else pretty much).
We have icy air conditioning and cold b**r plus amazing comfort food.
Oh yeah, we’re nice too.😊

So come on by and visit us if you haven’t in a while.
Say “hi” to Vise and the crew, listen to some tunes and watch the Giants……😩🫣.

Look who’s BACK, just in time for…….
1.) THE FAIRFAX FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
That’s right, Vise is not only back at Gestalt Haus after his brief rehab assignment 🏥, he will be in his very own Fairfax Festival Parade Float!😊
So make sure to look for the Gestalt Haus golf cart in the parade at 10 am Saturday, with Vise (and maybe a few free flowing libations!🍺).
2.) THE WORLD CUP (⚽️) started yesterday (The USA plays tonight, Friday, at 6 pm, and we’ll be watching and fired up at Gestalt Haus!💪), and we are your FIFA 2026 World Cup Viewing Party Headquarters!👍
Every.
Single.
Game.
The Giants are a million games below .500, and there’s no football 🏈 , so barring the NBA Championship (Knicks got this anyway), we will be showing soccer 🥅 constantly.
So in closing, if you’re wondering where to spend this entire BEAUTIFUL weekend, we humbly suggest Fairfax.👌
Fairfax checks all the boxes with the Festival, along with a few soccer breaks for air conditioning and sustenance at Gestalt Haus!🥨🌭🍻
We will be open, inside and outside, today and all weekend long.
All we are missing now is you 🫵 and your friends and family!❤️
See you soon!
