It's Hot Chocolate season and we were supposed to get snow! Snow or no snow, it was so cold that we had to warm up with a Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bomb today! Do you like lots of marshmallows in your hot chocolate?

This year’s theme is “Less is more”. I have omitted nuts, rose petals, and hard sprinkles this year for cute festive decorations made of Royal Icing (Meringue, Sugar & some coloring). As some of my customers know, I try to avoid loading up on chemicals and preservatives. Aren’t the little candy canes adorning these Callebaut Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bombs so cute?
