People love the Hawaiian-ish. It’s our most popular bowl.
But almost a year ago, Keith Lee tried the lemongrass bowl — and rated it higher.
Vermicelli bowls have always played second fiddle in Vietnamese restaurants, but summer is their season. Chilled noodles on a hot day? Yes please and thank you.
What makes ours different? We’re the only ones using the actual herbs you’d find on the streets of Saigon. No lettuce. No mung bean sprouts. No filler. You don’t see those in real noodle bowls in Vietnam — and you won’t find them here either.
Drizzle on the pineapple fish sauce, and you’ve got a bowl no one else in the area is serving.
I prefer the lemongrass chicken over the pork. But I’ll leave that up to you.

Good morning everyone!
The restaurant has finally switched over to Toast! Hopefully, this helps with a lot of the issues there were with the online ordering. Still getting out some odd quirks and hiccups, but hopefully, things will be running smoothly soon.

Online Deals - Family Meals and 3Max bowls 3️⃣
Until the end of the year, we’re going to be discounting the family meals. We’ve had these for a while now, and I’d like to bring attention to it since I think it’s an overlooked option that’s solid for families and small office catering.
We’re trying out a new bowl format– 3max. Any 3 toppings. If people like it, then we’ll keep it. It’s hard to keep track of in-person so this will also be an online/kiosk only option.
Keep in mind that both of these deals are online/kiosk only.

Bowl Goals [80/150]
We’ve had a 20% drop from the previous month. The cold weather is hitting here and there and not staying; we’re surprisingly affected by cold weather. I think it’s because people look for pho and ramen when it gets colder. Football season is also in full swing; you’d be surprised at how much football season affects our Sundays.

Personal thoughts
This year has been a wild year and it’s nearly wrapping up. I’d like to think that overall it was positive and great, but I can’t deny the fact that it’s been a rough year. In the last 6 months, 3 fast casuals have permanently closed in the city and several places are trying to sell and get out of the business and I can’t help but think that somehow, I scraped through without having to go through any of those options. The restaurant industry is rough right now and just getting by is actually a decent place from what I’m hearing from others, but I’d like to think there’s gonna be a day where the store isn’t just getting by and actually thriving.
