We've been roasting coffee at home for 10 years and have not bought store bought coffee since then. We buy raw, unroasted (green) coffee beans and roast as needed. It's a hobby for us and we'd like to offer what we have been enjoying to others in the area. Coffee is harvested in different parts of the world at different times of the year. That means the types of coffee we offer will be different e

ach time we offer them due to availability. Coffee beans from different parts of the world have different flavor profiles. Some are more nutty, some more chocolate flavored, and others more spice based. We do not flavor the coffee beans.... whatever flavor is described in the roast is the natural flavor of the coffee. All coffee sold will be roasted to order and delivered to you less than a week after roasting, unlike store bought coffee that has been sitting in cans/bags for months. We only offer locally to the Doniphan & Poplar Bluff area and do not ship in order to keep the cost of the coffee reasonable. We will make arrangements to deliver or get the coffee to you personally.

First day for The Farmers & Artisans Market of Ripley County and a beautiful morning for it. The parking lot at Hillcrest Plaza is full of vendors with lots to see. Hope to see everyone out here today.

Almost time for another season of The Farmers & Artisans Market of Ripley County this coming Saturday. It has been a beautiful past couple of days to get roasting and ready for opening day. We have a new Colombian roast in stock to get things going along with our customer favorites.
Location of the market has changed to Hillcrest Plaza parking lot. 45+ vendors have signed up this year, so come out and see everything on Saturday from 8am-1pm.

We are setup at the community center in Doniphan for the Holiday Farmers Market of Ripley County. Lots to see… We’ll be here until 6.

Coming up this Saturday is the holiday version of The Farmers Market of Ripley County being held at the Community Center next to the Current River Museum from 11-6:00ish. We have brought back our Christmas bag versions of our Guatemalan, House, & Wilderness coffees. They are $8 and we also have our full sized bags and Keurig pods available.
If you can't make it Saturday, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can't meet up somewhere to make a delivery. Great for gift baskets, coffee lovers, and those who are hard to shop for. Hope to see everyone Saturday!
