Catton's Creamery Crafted for cravings since 2018! Catton’s Creamery is a small, family owned, homemade ice cream shop bursting with all your favorite flavors!

We offer classic selections like Chocolate, Strawberry Cookie Dough, Butter Pecan, Oreo Cookie, etc. as well as signature creations like Vanilla Honey, Monster Brownie, Salted Caramel Coffee, Key Lime Pie, PB+J and more. s and Macchiato’s, to Latte’s and Affogato’s, we can help you power through your day! Our customer favorite is the Campfire Mocha: espresso paired with toasted marshmallow, vanilla and dark chocolate syrups either blended, iced or hot, you choose! Cotton Candy is the most recent addition to our shop. Hand spun, packaged and ready to go, you can pick between Cake Batter, Blue Raspberry, Pink Vanilla, Apple, Watermelon and more! In the cooler months (late October through December) you will find our hot cocoa drops on the shelf. These handmade chocolate spheres housing mini marshmallows and hot cocoa are available plain or designed by our staff for special occasions like holidays and birthdays! You can put in a custom order by scheduling your quantity, theme, and date of pickup with us!

*We are currently a seasonal storefront, open from late March through December and closed for the more harsh winter months. Don’t worry, however, you can find our delicious homemade ice cream by the quart in the following Illinois grocery stores ALL YEAR: Schnucks in Urbana, Savoy, Champaign, Mahomet, Bloomington, Normal, Pekin, Peoria, and Knoxville Crossing. Champaign’s Harvest Market, County Market in Pontiac, Hy-Vee in Bloomington and Peoria on Sheridan and Grande Prairie, GreenTop Grocery in Normal and Fairbury’s own Dave’s Supermarket.

The City of Fairbury is partnering with the Fairbury Oddfellows to host Family Movie Night at Sunken Park Friday, September 11th at 7 p.m.
Enjoy an evening under the stars with the family. We will be showing the 80's film classic, The Goonies on a projector screen at Sunken Park. Concessions will be available for purchase as well as food from Gig's Place and Ice Cream from Catton's Creamery starting at 7 p.m. Movie starts at sundown, around 7:30. You are welcome to bring chairs and/or blankets for seating. It is sure to be a fun, family night so please join us!
