Meet the originals. We still remember sitting around a table in the shop mixing for hours to come up with the perfect combination of drinks to fit every taste profile. These five flavors have been a staple of our journey since we opened our doors on August 1st, 2020: White Rapids, Caramel Creek, EnCHAIted River, White Chocolate Lavender Lake (formerly Lavender Lake), and Honey Harbor. To this day, these OGs remain fan favorites.

Meet Ximena! She is one of the friendly faces you might see behind the counter at Conflooence or out on the BARge. Ximena joined the crew in April of this year. If you ask her what she loves most about being a Brewista, she'll tell you it's getting to try new things and test new recipes. Her go-to order is a Palmer Passage with peach, strawberry, and mango.

We asked her what Fifty5 Rivers value resonated the most with her. Her response? Reliability. As Ximena puts it, people being able to count on you is a big part of building trust, and she carries that into every shift.

When she's not slinging drinks, she's probably in the garden, at the pool, or in the middle of a new craft project. At home, she's got a dog named Brumby, and there may be a second pup joining the family soon!

This weekend was one for the books. Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated the 4th of July with us in Vandalia and Beavercreek. Seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones made the holiday even better. We are grateful for this community and the way you show up for us, time and time again.
