‘Tis the season for PERNIL!!!

It’s been darn crappy outside lately. We brought back the soup in hopes of bringing in some more business and warming up your bellies.

Biz is still slowing down.

So we brought out the big guns! PERNIL! It’s La Boricua! La Bori! She’s a good one.

Smokey, garlicky Puerto Rican style pulled pork topped with onions, cotija, cilantro, and a lime wedge.

Thanks, AGAIN, to our friend Danny for teaching us how to make this incredible dish.

All our Puerto Rican friends: we can’t wait to see y’all again! It’s back!

Our award-winning Piggy Tortilla Soup is back, y’all!

It’s like a chicken tortilla soup, but it has our pulled pork in it instead. Topped with cheddar jack cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.

There’s also our Pale Rider taco today. Mesquite smoked chicken topped with pickled onions and horseradish sauce.
