Here we go fam! Day 1 of the Arctic Lightning Air Show at Eielson AFB. Today is DOD cardholders only 1000-1600hrs. Lots of displays, aircraft and food trucks. It will be a great weekend. We hope to see all of you at the window.
Saturday and Sunday are open to the general public, gates open to the airfield at 10am each day.

Just a reminder that we will be out at Eielson Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the Arctic Lightning Air Show which means the trailer will not be open at our Wickersham location. Fairbanks, this is a FREE event that is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 10:00am with demonstrations taking place from 12-4pm. Come on out, enjoy a beautiful day and don't forget to Treat Yourself!

Just a reminder that today and tomorrow our Menu is limited to Dipped Bars, Pints, Floats, and Drinks while we are busy rebuilding our stock of small-batch premium ice cream!

Please note we will be closed on Thursday July 30th.

July 31st, Aug 1st & 2nd, we will be pulled away from our Wickersham location and out at Eielson Air Force Base for the Air Show. We hope to see you there!!
