This weekend we’re celebrating Amelia Earhart Day, a great aviator whose courage and determination continues to inspire generations of pilots and aviation enthusiasts.

The Aviator’s Special, the Earhart, features a tropical twist with Japanese barbecue sauce, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, Kalua pork, pineapple, pickled red onions, and green onions. Pair it with our Alpha Papa Papa Special, the Earhart Prosciutto & Apple, a junior pilot with olive oil, prosciutto, slices of apple, fresh mozzarella, and finished off with walnuts and grated parm. 🍍🍎🔥

This weekend we’re recognizing the Helitack crews, brave wildland firefighters that provide rapid initial attack on new fires, support larger incidents, and rappel into fires where helicopters cannot land. Just like last week, $1 of each special sold will be donated to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. The Aviator’s Special, the Helitack, features olive oil, garlic, fresh mozzarella, dollops of red sauce, Italian sausage, and shredded parmesan, finished with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and grated parmesan. Pair it with a customer favorite Alpha Papa Papa special, the Aeronauts, our version on fluffy, buttery garlic knots. Need we say more?

This weekend’s Aviator Special is the Smokejumper V2, honoring the courageous wildland firefighters who parachute into remote fires where roads or helicopters can’t easily reach. This pizza features a house-made chipotle roasted garlic spread, shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, bacon, fresh jalapeños, and fresh tomatoes, finished off with a sprinkle of smoked cheddar. $1 from each special sold will be donated to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF). 🔥🍕

The Alpha Papa Papa is the Stearman Stromboli, filled with pepperoni, prosciutto, bacon, shredded parmesan, and shredded mozzarella/provolone blend, served with a side of red sauce.

Through the month of July, we will have new specials to honor the amazing wildland firefighters that keep Alaska safe. $1 from every special sold will be donated to funds that support wildland firefighters and their families. This weekend we’re commemorating the hotshots that hike into rugged terrain to build fireline by hand and tackle the toughest sections of wildfires with the Hot Shot. This special features red sauce, pepperoni, dollops of ricotta, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, finished with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and a swirl of hot honey. Donations will be given to the Eric Marsh Foundation for Wildland Firefighters. 🔥🍯

This weekend’s Alpha Papa Papa is the Goshawk Golden Galette, a wood-fired pastry filled with apples and pears, topped with cinnamon sugar and served with two scoops of ice cream.

We will be closed on July 4th to celebrate the holiday, but we will be serving these delicious specials up again on Sunday. Have a happy 4th! 🇺🇸🎆

The Alpha Papa Papa Special is the Curtiss Caprese Bombs, featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, and garlic all wrapped up in our dough, sprinkled with basil and served with a balsamic dipping sauce.
