There’s been a change of plans…. Work is being done on the building and they are turning off our water. We will be closed tomorrow morning, 8/16, and will hopefully open at some point before noon.

With this work happening we will be closed Monday 8/17 and Tuesday 8/18.

We will continue to update on social media and post flyers at Lulu’s.

We are receiving negative comments and confusion about our annual 4th of July closure. This will be our 7th consecutive year closing for this holiday. We plan this months in advance. Maintenance, cleaning, and staff vacations are all planned for this closure.

When a representative walked in and handed us the flyer that they were resurfacing Geist Rd and all the exits, my heart sank. The road construction was an unexpected bump. The outlash to the construction on public forums speaks to not only our frustration, but all the businesses and residents who work and live in this area. While it was time consuming and frustrating, we were still accessible and open during that time.

We are not altering our closure dates and we welcome you to come back and see us with fresh baked goods, coffee, and smiles on Wednesday July 8th!

I hope you all have a wonderful, celebration filled holiday!
