Hand created, authentic, old world German food influenced by Baden Württemberg and Swiss Italian regions.

Growing up in my family owned hotel and Michelin star restaurant in Germany, I was introduced at an early age to old ways of traditional cooking. I was attracted to the great land of Alaska where I can now share these dishes out of my mobile kitchen.
