Chena's Alaskan Grill Located on the gentle banks of the Chena River for which it was named, Chena’s Alaskan Grill is located at the River's Edge Resort in Fairbanks, AK.

Due to a challenging labor environment, Chena’s Alaskan Grill is open for dinner only six nights per week from 5:00 PM-10:00 PM and features a full dinner buffet. Closed on Tuesdays. The buffet includes seafood, beef and poultry selections plus salads and sides. Seating is available indoors (air conditioned) and outdoors with scenic views of the Chena River. Full service bar is also available.
