Day 3 of our venture into AI ordering. We still have a lot to learn. Maple our AI assistant is only as good as the information we provide her and guidance we give her on requests. We are making changes to our menu and her knowledge base. Couple of things we have learned.
We have 2 inbound phone lines. When you call the store number Maple will answer within 2 rings. If you are comfortable placing an order great, if you are not comfortable with the pay by link feature you can always place,an online order at www.foodfactoryfbx.com. You still have to prepay though. If you prefer to do a pay at pick up you can ask to be put thru to the restaurant. But while you are talking to Maple you are on one,of our two available phone line. While she rings the roll down line now this phone call is taking up both lines. Customers that call during this time period will get picked up and forwarded to Maple, but since the forward line is being used for a takeout order you call goes into que and you wait. I am working on sorting this out. Easy answer is to make an online order via google/Toast. You still have to prepay though. Thank you

Due to all of our young employees returning to school we have openings for day cashiers. To help us thru this period we are trying out a new ai pick up and delivery phone service. Yesterday was our first day and like most new technology there are glitches but we are confident we can work these out. Please be patient while we get up to speed.
