**RESTAURANT SPACE FOR SALE**

Hello Fairbanks!

It's been a while since we last posted anything on this page.

Our former space (246 Illinois St. #3-A, next to The Diner) is FOR SALE. Sale is an asset sale (i.e., all fixtures/furniture/equipment). Sold as-is. It was a great place for our family to do business for nearly 20 years, but, as all things go in life, the time has come for us to move on.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY (i.e., please be mindful of my time). Food concept can't compete with co-tenants. Looking to close ASAP.

Good morning, Fairbanks!!!!
ENJOY SCRUMPTIOUS and AUTHENTIC INDIAN FOOD.

As we shared with you yesterday, we're happy to share with you that this week on WEDNESDAY, we will be doing HOME DELIVERY (approx. 6 miles of Fairbanks downtown, pick-up is an option as well) of scrumptious, authentic, and freshly-prepared INDIAN FOOD....as close as you'll get to the full-blown restaurant experience in Fairbanks (for now). You can read the full details in our last post. :)

It's SHOWTIME! We're piloting an idea that we shared with you about a month ago! We spent the past month or so getting our ducks aligned to be able to do this.

We have set-up a limited menu for FRESH and AUTHENTIC Indian food delivery to Fairbanks this week. We will deliver to your home (delivery radius, within ~6 miles of Fairbanks downtown). If pick-up needs to be arranged, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will work with you to make this happen! Storage and reheating instructions will be included and extremely simple! :)

We are taking orders starting NOW. Place your orders by Tuesday, 4/21, Noon AST. However, the earlier the better. We will need approximately ~20 orders of ($40 or more) in order for this to work out well! :)

Update @ 10:36PM on 3/2/15. Wow! The initial response is so encouraging!
We would prepare the food in our commercial kitchen in the outskirts of Seattle, Washington. We would distribute the food at a specified weekly day/time frame at a centrally-located location in Fairbanks (just like http://www.fullcircle.com/ does with organic produce). We would build a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm, and perhaps have a rotating menu. My mom, an excellent chef, used to provide an Indian menu in Fairbanks before relocating to the Seattle area in 2013. We all miss Fairbanks very much!

Loyal Indian Food Supporters and Patrons of Fairbanks! I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but this upcoming week might be my mom's (the wonderful woman behind the Indian food in Fairbanks) last week in Fairbanks. :(

The good news is that she called me up to tell me that yesterday she cooked up a batch of juicy Lamb Curry, and if I heard right, today she's also cooking up Sooji Halwa, a sumptuous dessert (which has never been on the menu before).
