We have officially finished the season! Thank you to everyone who showed up to support our wonderful community. The money we raised will be split between the meals on wheels program and Thank you to everyone who showed up to support us all season. I look forward to seeing everyone in the fall!! We will reopen mid to late August.

We are officially 20 days away from the opening of our 2025-2026 aurora season! Regular dinner service starts on the 21st. We are finalizing the opening menu and will have that published this coming week. We are taking reservations now, just give us a call at 907-885-2845. We are excited as always to see everyone again!

And just like that the season comes to an end! Thank you all for your support this season. Thank you all for taking time out of your day to attend our charity dinner. Special thanks to Mayor Terch from and Mayor Grier from for attending! We raised $2600 for the meals on wheels program and $2600 for the BOSS program helping soldiers! By far the best we have done yet!! Thank you all again and we are excited to see you in the fall.

We are down to about 40 days left of the season That means it's time for our annual charity dinner events. will be hosting two dinners this year. Friday April 11 dinner starts at 6:30

Saturday April 12 dinner is at 5:30

I do need to be upfront with everyone this year about the refund policy. There are no refunds, no exceptions. If a table does not show up the restaurant will retain the money to cover food costs, the remainder will be added to the donation pool.
Friday is for meals on wheels, Saturday is for an undecided charity for the military. The totals for both days will be combined and split down the middle between the two charities.

Break down of the price per seat
Food $100
Server tip $25
Donation to charity $25

The restaurant also matches the guest donation for a total of $50 per seat donated to the charities. Beer, wine, cocktails, and N/A beverages are available for purchase, but are not included in the price of the dinner.

Reservations are FCFS, and can be made through our page. Thank you all for supporting us and the wonderful community we are a part of.

Big thanks to for inviting us the 2025 Soup Off. For the second year in a row we were honored to win The Best Use Of Local Ingredients award. Every ingredient in our smoked salmon corn and jalapeño chowder was sourced locally. Congratulations to with the peoples choice and and his crew winning the golden ladle. What a wonderful charity event.

is officially open for the 24-25 season! Two of the new menu item are pictured here. The first is scallops, served over a roasted and poblano polenta with a roasted corn sauce. The second is our seared breast. This is paired with and a tart demi. The cherries are from and as always are exceptional. All of our produce is local to Fairbanks and the state right now.
