We are open on 2nd Ave, next to Lavelle's Taphouse, at High Noon, until SOLD OUT!

And at Pioneer Park from 11am until 8pm!

We have our smoked and then braised Barbacoa Beef Tacos, and our Carnitas Al Pastor at both locations!

For our more extensive menu of street tacos and our Fusion options like Korean or Jerk Tacos, come by The Outlaw Cabin in Pioneer Park!

Unless the cooks are arrested and put in jail!

Great time last night on 2nd Avenue, next to Lavelle's Taphouse!

Miss Jen happened to grab this picture of her husband and son getting arrested for making tacos so good they just had to be illegal!

Any time is a good time for tacos!

We smoked enough barbacoa to serve roughly 40 orders of our Barbacoa Tacos.

We only have about 12 orders left.

If you are out and about enjoying the night life in Fairbanks, swing by our 2nd Avenue location and grab an order of Barbacoa or Carnitas before we shutdown for the night! (9:30pm or until we sell out)

Taco Tuesday?
Anytime is a good time for Cheechako's Tacos!

But we are not above trends and marketing strategies... so we are open both at Pioneer Park and our 2nd Avenue location next to Lavelle's Taphouse!

We have Beef Barbacoa just pulled out if the smoker and seasoned to perfection, and our Pork Carnitas are sizzling and ready to serve on corn tortillas!

At Pioneer Park we have our full menu of street and your favorite fusion tacos, with some new ones coming. (Think Bahn Mi, Cajun and we will visit Europe as well!

We shall start selling our Cubano melt and other sandwiches this Saturday

Our hours at Pioneer Park today (Mon-Sat) 11am-8pm
And 1130 am - 8pm Sun.

At 2nd Ave. We are open until 7pm or until we sell out.

We are running behind at our 2nd Ave. Location today next to Lavelle's Taphouse. We got there and realized we grabbed the wrong key. We will open in about 20 minutes, sorry about that.

Anytime is a good time for tacos... and beer...

We need to take a minute and give a huge Shout Out to Lavelle's Taphouse on 2nd Ave.

They have been amazing, gracious neighbors.

And they have beer.

This Tuesday, swing by for for a beer or three (don't drive) and don't forget to get some Cheechako's Tacos to eat while you enjoy the summer. And your beer.
