HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANK!

On this day, 9/17/1923, 100 years ago, the greatest legend of all time was born. It’s unreal how many lives Hank has touched and influenced with his music and words. What this man accomplished in his short life of 29 years will never be equaled. Celebrating his life and legacy in Montgomery, Alabama has been an experience of a lifetime.

Here’s some of his career achievements.

Hank Williams Sr. He recorded 35 singles (five released posthumously) that would place in the Top 10 of the Billboard Country & Western Best Sellers chart, including 11 that ranked #1.

Update on Allan’s health. Still waiting for spinal tap results. We need to go to KU 2 times in the next 3 weeks. He can’t work gas is High. We’d appreciate gas cards. K*m &Go? And we’ll have 2 overnight stays in a hotel. Don’t know the cost.

Health Update: I was admitted to the hospital yesterday, and I am waiting for them to do a spinal tap tomorrow. I am ready to get some answers. Prayers will be appreciated. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good morning. I wanted to give everyone an update on my health condition. I am having some major issues with blood pressure and major dizziness. I am unable to open the store today or tomorrow. I will appreciate prayers. Thanks for your understanding.

If you’re in the Hammond area, the Tangipahoa library is having a book giveaway today and tomorrow- tables and tables of free books. I got 2 boxes full. They have empty boxes here but you can bring your own bags or even a wagon if you want! As people take them, they keep adding more! They encourage you to take all you want!
P.s. there’s a guy at the door for donations if you feel so inclined to help the library out. :)
