A Message to Our Valued Customers and Community
To our loyal customers—whom we have always considered family—it is with both gratitude and emotion that I share the news that I have made the decision to sell Michael Valenti’s Restaurant.
After 27 wonderful and successful years, the time has come for me to begin a new chapter in my life—one that allows me to spend more time with my family.
This decision was not made lightly. However, I am confident that we are passing the torch to someone who truly respects and values the traditions, work ethic, service, and strong sense of community that have defined our restaurant for nearly three decades.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank this incredible community, my family, my dedicated employees, and my mother and father—who took just as much pride in Valenti’s Restaurant as I did—for your unwavering support throughout the years. Whether we celebrated your graduations and weddings, rang in the New Year together, hosted your birthdays, helped you honor loved ones, or simply welcomed you as a regular guest, you have made these past 27 years some of the most meaningful and memorable of my life.
Please note that all Michael Valenti’s gift certificates will be honored through August 1, 2026.
I kindly ask that you continue to support the new owners as generously as you have supported me. I am confident they will carry on our legacy and do a fantastic job.
As they say, all good things must come to an end—but I promise, you have not heard the last from me. Stay tuned for what comes next!
We have shared so many special moments at Michael Valenti’s Restaurant—too many to count. I invite you to share your favorite memories with us.
