It’s March 1st in Excelsior Springs… and you know what that means.

Dari-B is officially OPEN for the season!

What has become a local holiday is finally here. The long winter wait is over, the windows are open, and the first cones of the year are being served up. If you drive by today, don’t be surprised to see a line wrapped around the building. That’s just spring arriving right on time.

Owners Jonathan Saura and Kat Stano are ready for another sweet season of smiles, sundaes, and community tradition.
