Our building sits over the creek. Many wild animal visitors daily including elk, deer, bobcats, foxes, and cranes. Looking for the perfect setting with great food to compliment your mountain adventure? Look no further than the Blackbird Cafe and Tavern. We are located along Bear Creek just outside Evergreen, CO - our window seating literally places you over the creek! From your table, you can enjoy the busy and beautiful mountain wildlife. Watch fish jumping, heron fishing, elk and deer grazing and hummingbirds sharing a meal right along side you. Our purpose is to share our love of fresh, delicious food with you in the peaceful beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Whether coming in for breakfast, brunch or lunch - we offer a variety of healthy, hearty meals - from grass-fed Front Range burgers to house-made hummus on naan. We focus on simple, fresh! Most of our items are made in-house or sourced from local small businesses. OUR MENU INCLUDES:

Our atmosphere is family oriented - we have the kids covered - they play in the creek on warmer days while you enjoy some quiet time or feel free to join in their hunt for minnows and crawdads. Our children's menu is inspired (and approved) by our own kids. At the Blackbird we consider our guests as friends and family - we look forward to seeing you. We're open Thursday - Monday 8am-4pm + Thursday evenings until 7:45pm.
