Some pies from last night.
All of our pizza dough is 100% Naturally Leavened. All of our pizza gets mozzarella, Fior di latte, , imported pecorino romano and we finish all pizzas with lots of fresh basil, oregano and the crust gets brushed with roasted garlic olive oil. We cook all of our pizza towards the well done side.

4. Classic Pepperoni with pepperoni
5. Salsiccia, hot cherry peppers and sweet Italian sausage

8. Grandma Flo, homemade eggplant meatballs straight from the sauce, ricotta
If you’ve never had one of our pizzas, we strongly suggest having one here, in-house as soon as it comes out of the oven. We’re confident it will be one of the best pizzas you’ve ever had!
