Candidate must be at ease in a very busy kitchen, very team oriented, great communicator, customer focused, clean and excellent sense of humor. Able to put out outstanding food at a good pace, they must be organized, clean, responsible, and reliable.
Medium to high volume experience in a professional kitchen is required.
