Meet our amazing Executive Chef, Brian Reyes! ✨
With 16 years of experience in professional kitchens and a passion for cooking that began at home, Executive Chef Brian Reyes has worked his way up from the bottom to lead the culinary team at The Foundry Room.
Originally from Los Angeles, Brian grew up surrounded by diverse cultures and cuisines. After moving to Evansville, he missed those flavors and became dedicated to bringing those experiences to the community.
Brian has helped open multiple restaurants, including 2nd Language, a from-scratch ramen shop, and a Newburgh restaurant where he collaborated with Chef Alexis from Peru to create dishes inspired by Mexican and Peruvian cuisine.
At The Foundry Room, Brian brings that same creativity and passion to the kitchen, working with his team to create fresh, memorable dishes. Some of his favorite dishes on the menu include the Ribeye with Fondant Potatoes, Stroganoff and Blackened Catfish with Wild Rice.
Outside of the kitchen, Brian has been married to his wife, Ashley, for nearly 18 years. Together, they have four beautiful daughters, and Ashley remains his biggest inspiration—and his most honest food critic.
