Thursday Slice Showdown Slices of the Day: Seattle vs Denver

Seattle is represented by a "Seattle Coffee" Glazed Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
I started by making a coffee brine for the chicken and left it for 5 days, the glaze was made with coffee, brown sugar, and honey. Tossed the Brussels in olive oil and seasoned generously Roasted to perfection.

Denver brings us the Mexican Hamburger.
Created in Denver the Mexican Hamburger starts with a layer of refried beans, smokey burger meat, blended cheeses, Lettuce, and tomato finished with a green chili salsa
