The Fresh Seafood Laws have changed, House Bill 602- Mississippi Seafood Labeling Law
Effective July 1, 2025.
Requires all seafood and crawfish sold in Mississippi to be clearly labeled as either Domestic or imported.
You have to have a license to sell fresh seafood! Just ask where you buy your seafood!

I haven't found a place for You yet but I still make special trips!

Ever now and then , people show up on the side of a road or store with a sign saying Fresh!!!
Don’t be misled.
If you have a Smartphone, ask it when the season for the SEAFOOD being sold is.
Take a picture of plates on truck, take pictures of person selling it.
If you buy seafood that has been frozen, it shouldn’t be frozen again.
If the seafood you buy off a truck makes you sick , who you going to call.
In they are selling you fresh seafood ask them for HACCP certification.

I am not scheduled to go fishing again this week but if you need crawfish before Friday and I get enough orders 15 sacks I will. Last week the prices were $4.75 per lbs and sack were running about 30-40 lbs each call and order 8124579007

Ok it's been a long time and I am sorry it has taken so long, but we are starting back. On my way down to certify my truck and start fishing again this Friday 032516. I will be picking up fish and be back for Saturday . If you you'll like something send to me a msg.
