Madeleine’s, located in the heart of the Historic and Arts District, is Evansville’s first and only Fusion Restaurant. become available, and our menu changes completely at least bi-weekly with a different culinary regional influence. One week our menu offerings will have an Italian influence, with French, Asian or Spanish dishes the next week! This frequent menu change not only allows us to offer our patrons the very best quality food in every season, but it also allows us to prepare ingredients with very limited availability such as soft shell crab, black truffles and stone crab claws! As a perfect addition to our full menu, our wine cellar houses the Tri-State’s finest selection of premium wines, while our bar features the largest premium liquor selection in the area plus a variety of beer and specialty cocktails. We offer a huge Bourbon and Scotch selection and one of our fusion specialties is our Sake Martinis. Our restaurant features a “Show Kitchen”, a Wine Cellar including a Private Wine Room, a Pastry Kitchen and Special Events Dining.
